House in the center of Lamai, all nearby (Tesco, Woking Street, the sea). Behind the Buddy Hotel. Cozy, quiet place.
Apartments in excellent condition, in high season, the price reaches 16,000, it is worth bargaining, in the off-season you can rent cheaper.
Cons: you can hear everything. The locks on the doors to the balcony leave much to be desired. It is dangerous to leave valuable items in the room.
What is good: the sea view from the upper floors, the building is freshly built, well located.
In the room: air conditioning, a huge bed, bedside tables on both sides, a table for a laptop (can be used as a toilet), a chair for it, a large wardrobe, a coffee set (two chairs and a table), a TV, a small refrigerator. On the balcony there is a mini-kitchen with a cupboard and sink. There is a socket for the kettle, a place to put the tile. In the bathroom, good plumbing. There is a hood and, as elsewhere, a fresh repair.
