One my wonderful friend decided to make meA birthday present is a flight in an aerotube. Once I was present at this action, but I did not participate, since the toad was strangling, the pleasure was not cheap. A little later, I tried other active entertainment, buying them cheaply at Biglion and Grupon.
A list of everything I tried can be seen in my post. What to do in Moscow at the weekend.
On a rainy day, we went to this miracleattraction, which is located 40 km from Moscow along the Simferopol highway, and is called the freezone aerotube. Weekday and we were the only visitors along the way. After listening to the briefing, dressed in a green jumpsuit and got into a worn helmet, we went with a trainer into a transparent tube. Exciting, however! Probably for those who jumped with a parachute, it's time to spit. Still, there is almost no risk, and there is no abyss under you.
I kept thinking what these feelings are freeflight, how is there to breathe inside? Impressions exceeded expectations! Flying in an aerotube is something! Hanging in the air and not falling. Easy and good. And when the instructor with you accelerates sharply upwards, and then falls down, stopping already in front of the netting floor, then in general the breath intercepts, and adrenaline flows into the bloodstream. Only two minutes (the cheapest session), and it seems that 10 minutes flew. Mood rises, and go out so excited-cheerful. A bit only your weight wonders. As cosmonauts, they feel themselves interesting on earth, after so much time in weightlessness. The instructor and the regulars do such tricks in the air that you wonder.
Of course, if you jump with a parachute orbungee, sensations should be more abruptly. But not everyone can decide on this. Therefore, this option is quite suitable for those who are afraid of heights and other risks, but wants to try a free fall.
Do I want to try flying in a wind tunnel again? I want to, but I’m unlikely to do it, for me it's a little expensive at the moment. Although it seems there are more air pipes in Moscow, besides the freezone, and since there is competition, one can hope for lower prices. I'm still thinking about a bungee, but something scary.
