- Auctioneer on all types of auctions;

- Grinding and cutting of precious, semi-precious stones and gems;
- Haircut, hairdressing, work in the field of beauty industry;
- Fabrication of fabrics by hand or using machines that do not use machine drive;
- Production of any wicker products and furniture from cane, rattan, jute, straw or bamboo;
- Manual rice paper making;
- Production of lacquer miniatures;
- Production of Thai folk musical instruments;
- Manufacture of products from gold and its alloys, silver and its alloys;
- Making crafts and stone sculptures;
- Making Thai traditional folk dolls;
- Production of mattresses, mats and mattresses in Thai folk style;

Business affecting art and culture, traditional and folk craft.

Shopping antiques or art objects that are Thai art or craft.
Manufacture of carved wood.
Silkworm farming, Thai silk production, Thai silk weaving or Thai silk printing.
Manufacture of Thai musical instruments.
Production of gold, silver, niello, bronze or lacquered products.
Manufacture of dishes of Thai arts and culture.

Business affecting natural resources or the environment.

Sugar and sugarcane production.
Agriculture salt, including underground salt.
Mining rock salt.
Mining, including blast or rock crushing.
Wooden manufacture for the production of furniture and tableware.

Third category

Rice grinding and flour production from rice and agricultural products.
Fishing, specifically the culture of marine animals.
Forestry from afforestation.
Production of plywood, chipboard or fiberboard.
Lime production.
Accounting or business services.
Legal business services.
Architectural business services.
Engineering business services.
Construction, except:
Construction providing basic servicesto the population in the sphere of public utilities or transport, requiring special tools, machinery, technology or construction expertise, with a minimum foreigner capital of 500 million baht or more.
Other construction categories, as prescribed in accordance with the ministerial regulations.
Broker or business agent, except:
To be a broker or agent for the underwriting of securities or services related to the future trade in commodities or financial instruments or securities.
To be a broker or agent for the trade or provision of goods or services necessary for the production or provision of services between affiliated enterprises.
To be a broker or agent for trading, buyingor the distribution or search for domestic and foreign markets for the sale of domestic or imported goods in the order of international business transactions with a minimum foreigner capital of 100 million baht or more.
To be a broker or agent of another category, as prescribed in accordance with the ministerial regulations.
Auction, except:
The auction in the form of international bidding is notan auction of antiques, historical artifacts, or art objects that are Thai works of art, handicrafts, or antiques.
Other categories of auction, as prescribed in accordance with the ministerial regulations.
Domestic trade related to native products or to produce which is not yet prohibited by law.
Retail sales of all categories of goods with a total minimum capital of less than 100 million baht or having a minimum capital of each store less than 20 million baht.
Wholesale sales of all categories of goods with a minimum capital of each store less than 100 million baht.
Advertising business.
Hotel business, with the exception of hotel management services.
Sightseeing - tourist trip.
Selling food or drinks.
Crop production and business distribution.
Other categories of business services, with the exception of what is prescribed in accordance with the ministerial regulations.

Other laws affecting foreign business operations

Banking and financial business, according to their own special laws, must be at least 75% Thai property.
Also, companies engaged in inland navigation, must be at least 70% in Thai property.
According to the regulations, insurance companies and insurance brokers must be at least 75% Thai property.
Companies that own land, according to the provisions of the Land Law, must be 51% Thai owned if they have special promotional privileges.
