I met several positive reviews and recommendations about the Trikoni tavern. So when he got me on the way from Fruit Garden in Krasnaya Polyana towards the Polyansky Heliport,I did not hesitate to turn to the entrance to a low building with a beautiful Nordic facade. There was a wish for a long time, so that at least a plate of borsch can and should be mastered.

Inside it was quiet, empty, and in hugethe room was surprisingly light - they made themselves a glass roof. Impressed, I was a little taken aback in the middle of the hall, choosing a more comfortable place, though, unexpectedly, somehow with a roof.
The internal space of "Trikoni" is zoned onplots of different roominess: there are both separate tables for two, as well as separate corners with a huge table for a company of 10-12 people. Tile "under the stone", a lot of wooden parts of the interior and the supporting structure, massive furniture, good natural lighting - all this leaves the impression of a forest palace. The natural colors of the interior make it a place not to leave into yourself or to the phone - this is a really pleasant, in every sense, place. This is not a shame to bring a girl or celebrate DR.
I chose a spot on the veranda where the waiter is right thereopened several windows to let in the fresh air of the veranda by the middle of the day had time to specifically heat up. After ten minutes the windows were closed, the air conditioners were turned on - it became cool. Outside the veranda window, I saw an inn inn, where in the shade of the building were installed children's swings and something like a playground. All grown-up: the soup was not morning, but already well-infused, with meat, and not with veins, and the serving size was sufficient to feed one adult man the first time. The waiter was polite, prudent and almost imperceptible. I basically liked the staff at Trikoni for their attitude and behavior. But what I liked more than delicious borscht and polite waiters was a check brought to me. It turned out that I got into the gap between 12 and 17 o'clock, and this in “Trikoni” is considered a happy hour and guests are given a 50% discount on the main menu dishes (alcohol is not counted).
