Bulki Coffee House in the Mountains - lamp comfort and cocoa with hearts
Didn't read, hear or look for this place on purpose. A couple of times I came across it on the maps «maps.mi», but I definitely didn't include it in the visit plan - I didn't think there would be time for small establishments. And that is why it was many times more pleasant to suddenly find yourself in a lamp house with a porch, where rolls, excellent coffee and a cozy atmosphere fit on one floor. coffee house «Rolls in the Mountains» Is an ordinary building on an ordinary street not far from the conventional center of Krasnaya Polyana. As it turned out, it is a very popular and deservedly beloved institution by both locals and visitors. One of the few places in our south where you are so warmly greeted that you don't want to leave.

I discovered the coffee shop while scanning the village for unusual innovations. I had already spent four or five hours on my feet, pacing the streets of Polyana, when with a peripheral vision I noticed satisfied faces on the porch: people were tapping cardboard cups and enthusiastically devouring something. Tired, I did not immediately realize that this was not a private house, but a public institution. I thought that people would not just squint their eyes, so I decided to look at the bakery from the inside.. «Rolls in the Mountains» - this is not the most spacious coffee shop, but such diminutiveness does not cause bouts of claustrophobia, like the tower «Rose of Wind» in Sochi, but rather the opposite - adds mimicry and absolute comme il faut.
The most trump place for gatherings is the veranda. There is a comfortable bench near the wall and several chairs along a narrow table, made as part of a decorative fence. Inside, it is no worse, and even the view of the mountains is quite wonderful, it's just that the chairs are not so comfortable anymore and the conversations of constantly arriving visitors with the bakers (as they call themselves) are buzzing in the background. But in winter it is warm here, and in summer the air conditioner is turned on, which in my case was very important: April was not a childish rampage that day.
The assortment of the coffee shop and bakery «Rolls in the Mountains» there are fresh pastries, freshly roasted coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, milkshakes, croissants, «baskets», «neckties», gingerbread, honey soufflé and yeast-free strudel. In fact, the choice is much wider, it's just tedious to list it - look at the menu snapshot at the end of the post. Among other things, in the bakery cafe you can always order pastries at a specific time, to take away or by the time you arrive at the coffee shop - a very pleasant service from the already many busy bakers. I ordered myself an apple strudel and cocoa (I was just tired of drinking coffee in all the places I visited) and was more than satisfied.
