Balagan restaurant in Rosa Khutor - from tents to restaurants
Back in 2015 or 16, there was a clearing on which there were tents, where pancakes were baked for skiers and snowboarders. Then 2018 came and - alright, now there will be a restaurant here «Booth». A full-fledged, capital structure made in the style of a mountain chalet (well, probably, after all, I have never been to a real mountain chalet), with a massive wooden frame, which at the same time serves as a highlight in the interior. Welded furniture, massive tabletops, benches «Hearts of four» where people sit in rows, tightly pressed against each other, in general - a light, atmospheric youth place, from which the tent spirit has not disappeared.

Cafe «Balagan»
A restaurant «Booth» (although I will honestly tell you - it does not fit the restaurant) is located at the top, at an altitude of 1600 meters. I came here to warm up and have a snack after the tense first days of snowboarding and ordered myself coffee (200 rubles for 200 ml), chicken kebab (300 rubles + a piece of lavash + stewed onion, catastrophically inedible), and water for 100 rubles (!).
But now I already understand that it would be much more profitable and more interesting to order half a chicken for 500 rubles, because it also comes with a salad and a few pieces of bread. This is quite enough to gobble up in proportion to the amount paid..
In general, this is more of a transit point, a roadside cafe, and not a serious establishment. In winter, there are always a lot of people here, riders here rest and eat in order to go further..

The interior of the cafe is a la alpine chalet: wooden load-bearing beams, stone floors, massive benches and tables made from natural materials. Essentially a snack.
