Seed to Feed Koh Phangan - Vegan Restaurant & Salad Bar
A place from the category «suddenly», just drove by. Located in the central part of the west coast of Phangan. If you already more or less understand the geography of the island and know the main beaches, then I will clarify - in the area Ao Hin Kong, behind the Buddhist temple Wat Samai Kongka. If you are still swimming in place names - look at my mega-selection of Koh Phangan beaches with descriptions and photos. So, Seed to Feed is located on one of the secondary tracks of the island and is not particularly noticeable during the day (it lights up at night), due to the lack of bright signs and strange buildings a la greenhouses near the institution. And this, no more, no less - your own garden.

Seed to Feed in Koh Phangan
The restaurant is called Salad Bar, that is, not even a restaurant, but a bar. Its peculiarity is that this restaurant grows greens for itself. Its own plantation takes up 10 times more space than the restaurant itself. It is clear that you will not see all kinds of exotic fruits, spices and other legumes in their natural environment, but salads, herbs, local fruits and vegetables are in abundance. The rest of the products are also all natural..
IN «Sid Tu Feed» everything is fresh, without pesticides, GMOs and other modern additives that are not acceptable for many vegetarians, and even more so for vegans and all kinds of raw food eaters, of which there are plenty in Phangan. Although it is strange that it offers beer, wine, homemade eggs, which seems to be no longer suitable for vegans.
I personally liked the place more or less, I like to try something unusual and go to different places all the time. Despite the fact that I also like Thai food, but during my stay in Phangan, I have eaten it literally a couple of times. This island is just the perfect place to taste almost all the cuisines of the world. This particular rest is one time for me.
I will add to the pluses a simple but pleasant design of the restaurant. A large number of wooden parts, pillows, various lighting, there is a bar with bar stools where you can sit with a glass of smoothies, herbal tea or a cup of organic coffee.
