The districts of Wroclaw, according to the map, divide the capital of Lower Silesia into five parts: these districts have been given the following names - Sródmiescie, Stare Miasto, Krzyki, Fabrychna, Przy Pole.

Description of the main districts of Wroclaw

  • Old Town: its main attractions are the Racławice Panorama (presented in the form of an artistic canvas depicting a battle), the Church of St. Mary Magdalene (in this Gothic church you can admire relief motifs in the form of griffins and scenes from the childhood of Jesus Christ; beautiful photographs, it will cost 5 PLN), Market Square (it has sheltered the City Hall with an astronomical clock, a museum and a restaurant “Swidnicka brewery”), the Bohdan fountain (this glass structure was erected in honor of the first Polish president), the Market Rows (guests are invited to shop with the necessary goods), the houses of Yas (known for an art workshop) and Malgosi (has a museum of gnomes), the Church of St. 80 m; upstairs, from where you can admire the panorama of the city, there is a staircase), Wroclaw University (its decoration is made in the Baroque style), the Cathedral of John the Baptist (13th century; the height of the spiers is almost 100 m; it is worth paying attention to the portico with the image of the Romanesque lion ).
