Before that, somehow, it was not necessary, we rented housing every month, and on this trip I lived in the guesthouses. I already wrote about guest house Rendezvous Guesthouse, which I liked the most, but, nevertheless, I would like to write and upload photos of the others so that such infa does not go to waste.

Review of hotels in Chiang Mai
I'll make a reservation right away, I walked only in the upper right corner of the square, since there is the most housing there. I arrived before the holiday Loy Krathong (that is, already in season), and even during this hot time I found a place to live. I can say that I was once again convinced that in Thailand, accommodation can and should be looked for on the spot, since half of these guest houses are not on booking sites.
Be sure (and I insist) to check for discounts or specials on the excellent Roomguru service. He will quickly and easily show you discounts in all existing booking systems. In Asia, for example, there are a lot of offers on Agoda.com, which are much more interesting than for exactly the same hotels on Booking.com.

Rendezvous Guesthouse
Price: If with fan - 480 baht single, 550 baht double, 700 baht triple. If with kondeem - single 600 baht, double 650 baht, triple 900 baht. In the off-season, prices should be lower.

Description: Refrigerator, TV, fan, hot water. If you took it with kondeem, it means that there will also be an air conditioner. The furniture differs from room to room, but there is a table, a wardrobe, there should also be a table with chairs on the balcony. The bathroom is typical. The price includes a simple breakfast, there is no choice of food, but depending on the day of the week, it is different.
In general, I personally liked the Rendezvous Guest house very much, there is a pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and somehow good in Thai. At the time of my stay, everyone was quiet, there was no street noise either. There was no air conditioner in my room, it may well be that all rooms with a fan have them, but they are not used. Actually, after this review, anyone who has not been to Chiang Mai before will be able to get an idea of what prices are for housing in the season. I would be guided by the price from 200-300 baht for a double with a fan, and from 500-800 baht with kondeya. In addition to the ones that I liked (Rendezvous Guesthouse and Baan Ramida), I was also advised by CM Bluehouse and Kavil Guest House from the budget.
It must be remembered that Booking in Asia is not the main one, there are more options on Agoda. Well, now my life hack.
