Helpful information
The opening hours of the Krakow Zoo are from 09.00 to 15.00 without breaks and weekends. Ticket offices close an hour earlier. The entrance to the mini-zoo is available from 09.30 to 14.00.
The ticket price depends on the age of the visitor:
- Adult costs PLN 18.
- The preferential price is PLN 10. Preschoolers aged 3 years, schoolchildren, students and retirees are eligible for the discount, who can confirm their age or the fact of studying in the full-time department with an ID card with a photo.
- Children under three years old can visit the Krakow Zoo for free.
The ticket offices of the park accept both cash and credit cards.
