Nice new houses in one common area. The houses are located next to the ring road, but the noise is almost inaudible, the place is secluded. There are 5 houses on the territory. The air conditioner is in the bedroom. The kitchen is combined with the living room. The area of the house is small, but sufficient for living, plus there is a veranda. There is no gas stove. Furniture consists of a bed, wardrobe, sofa, a couple of tables, chairs. The bathroom has a bath. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away by bike. Very good value for money.

Previously, it was possible to agree on 8,000 baht / baht, with separate payment for electricity and water and 10 thousand from «all inclusive». Has risen in price, they want 10 thousand baht and utility bills.
