Bar «Alaska» on Rosa Khutor is a separate building next to the ski lift «Protected Forest», which connects the Olympic Village with all the heights of the ridge. I liked the place for its interior and friendly atmosphere, which is largely due to the local staff. It is cozy inside, everything is stylized to resemble something mountain-medieval, I don't even know how this direction is correctly called in the interior. A lot of natural materials have been used, heavy metal chandelier hoops hang from the ceiling, huge glass all over the wall - it is very light and cozy inside.

In general - well, a very pleasant atmosphere, encouraging you to take your time and sit a little longer. The menu in Alaska is quite small. Basically, everyone takes burgers, and there is even a vegetarian option to choose from, in fact, which I decided to try. The burger with pea cutlet was not cheap at all, in the same «Mammoth» price for juicy meat «classic» much nicer.
Gloves are given to order so that you can eat a burger like a gentleman and not get dirty. The pea cutlet instantly fell apart after the first bite, after which everything else began to fall out of the burger methodically. Tasty, no doubt about it, but eating such a live burger was not very convenient.
The outdoor area of Alaska bar & grill has a summer veranda with sun loungers and tables. As I understand it, this is a favorite place for riders because this is where the track ends, and everyone immediately goes to hang out on the Alaska terrace. Modern dance music is played here, and the contingent of the institution is mainly young people. There is good Wi-Fi, in some places you can see 220V sockets, and in two places there are even special five-volt wires sticking out for charging phones. This is a handy feature for those who love big phones, but don't carry a power bank with them to the mountains. Like me.
