Driving through a small pass from Khao Lak Beach to Nang Thong Beach, you will see the parking lot and the Small Sandy Beach signpost on your left. Usually there are a couple of songteos and some bikes in the parking lot, don't miss.
From this sign, a trail leads down to the beach through the jungle. Walk from the road for about 15 minutes. You can return back in the same way, or walk along the coast along a forest trail (Natural Trail) to the office of the national park and get out onto an asphalt road there. And then they will return to the parking lot on the asphalt, walk on the asphalt for about 10 minutes. Walk along the path for about 40 minutes. That is, in total, a circle can be made in an hour, if you don't get stuck anywhere.
The beach is good, beautiful. But for these places it is quite common, only that there are few people, because the entrance is paid. On my visit during peak season there were literally 3-4 couples on the beach.
On the right side of the beach, several large stones separate a small patch of sand, where you can also swim. In general, I probably would not recommend coming here and paying money, it's not worth it, given that the area has excellent and also uncrowded beaches.
