Koh Phangan Taboon Vegetarian Restaurant - Israeli cuisine
Taboon Restaurant, also known as Tabun Restaurant, is an Israeli restaurant, a cafe with homemade cakes and a hand-made store. Located in a well-known area Sritanu beach. The herd is a vegetarian establishment, but in my opinion it suits everyone. For example, there is a cafe nearby Akasha Home, which I entered out of interest, here it is for specific vegans and lovers of macrobiotic cuisine.

The herd restaurant is literally fifty meters from a large lake, it is the only one in Sritana. Let it be your guide. The rest is small. Some of the tables are located indoors with air conditioning and sofas, the other part is under canopies without walls and in the open air. There is a sign on the road. The road goes right next to it, but the traffic is not busy there, so it didn't bother me. Honestly, there is little annoying at all on Koh Phangan..
You can park your bike or car on the side of the road right next to or a little further away. Usually in the evening, there are a lot of people and there is not always enough space in front of the restaurant.
In Tabun, they offer Israeli dishes: hummus, falafel, shashuka, Greek salad, etc. Everywhere it is written that the cuisine is Mediterranean, but friends living on Panagan said that it was Israeli. But maybe it's almost the same thing, I'm not good at gastronomic tourism. In addition to the main menu, in the restaurant you can buy takeaway food, all sorts of health drinks, pastries, kefir, or buy yourself clothes, souvenirs or handmade bags / wallets. What people can do is where they earn.
I liked the food very much. We ordered a whole table, everything was awesome. In the end, the owner, apparently seeing that we really like everything, asked to leave feedback in Triadvisor, for which he complimented us in the form of ice cream. It's not entirely honest (but Tripadvisor is all like that), but I shamelessly gave a high assessment, given that we then ordered additional ice cream for money. The portions in general are not very large, but we ate a lot, paying quite normal money for such a place.
