New and clean houses - built at the end of 2013. The complex is located in a fenced-off area. It is not very green, mostly gravel. The houses are large and spacious. The only disadvantage of this complex is its distant location from the beach, walking is very far, but if there is transport, then no problem, 15 minutes by bike / car and you are at sea.

There are houses with 1 air conditioner and with two (when it is in two bedrooms), but after a while there will most likely be air conditioners everywhere and prices of 12,000 baht will not be.

Price: 12000 baht / month (1 air conditioner), 14000 baht / month (two air conditioners)

There are one-bedroom houses for 9 thousand. - differ from single bedrooms only in the absence of a second bedroom, the rest is similar.
