When planning an autumn trip to Spain, we have been looking for good insurance for a family of two adults and two children for a long time. Were we already abroad at that time? 5 months, so our range of searches could hardly be called wide. Most of the company? They refused to insure us, and the rest either set a price that was too high for our budget, or had a negative history of reviews, which we also did not like very much. Of those insurers that approached us, we chose an offer from «Tinkoff Insurance», which reviews looked the most attractive.

They work with Europ Assistance. Interestingly, if you look at the reviews about this assistance as a whole, then the picture is so-so, I would say - on the C grade. However, according to the reviews and recommendations of living people in Runet, Europ Assistance works perfectly in tandem with Tinkoff. I clarified this nuance with a friend who works in the insurance industry, and she suggested that most likely Tinkoff himself somehow affects the work of assistance. I have no confirmation of this, but the fact remains - the insurance is working and it is recommended.

Tinkoff asked only the full name, policy number, what complaints and the city of residence. Everything?! Exactly 15 minutes later, I received a message confirming that the letter of guarantee had been sent and we can go to the hospital. If you think about it, was it the best? fast? answer from insurance? which company? I have ever received, and I have large enough? experience of applying for insurance abroad?.

In hospital

At the hospital, we had a slight hitch, as we went to the wrong office, and the administrator spoke only Spanish. I dialed assistance and again the service-positive: they immediately called me by name (that is, I did not have to explain again who I was and why I was calling). The operator also spoke fluent Spanish, and immediately resolved the situation directly with the administrator. My assessment of the speed of solving all issues by the assistance of Tinkoff Insurance is 10 points out of 10. After all, they sent me another message with a request? unsubscribe after a doctor's appointment.

Hospital Casa de Salud is generally considered one of the best in Valencia. They formalized me quickly and without any questions. While filling out a medical card, for me? an employee of the hospital has already come to escort him to the office. The doctor had to wait 15 minutes, no more. Everyone who came with you, even the whole family, is allowed into the doctor's office. There is a whole row of chairs for them, and you just go behind the screen and do your business. The doctor and nurse were very friendly, they spoke both English and Spanish. So, if we evaluate the service of the hospital itself, then I will also give them 10 out of 10 points..

Summarizing the review, I want to say that I was 100% satisfied with Tinkoff Insurance, although I remind you that there was only one appeal and for statistics this is not enough. But this is my experience of communicating with Tinkov's service, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about with this appeal. To be honest, even before the call to the insurance company I had doubts whether they would take up my question, because there was nothing urgent and urgent in it. But Tinkoff Insurance worked perfectly, in my opinion, for which I send them my positive feedback.
