Since I lived close to excellent hotel Amari, it was impossible not to go to see what kind of restaurant it was, especially since the reviews were generally good. And in general, to be honest, I really liked this area for a stopover in Pattaya, quiet and peaceful, and the beach is not bad either.
Of course I ordered hot mocha and chocolate brownie. You have to check if the restaurant matches the name. I personally liked it, I'm a sweet tooth. The name of the café hints that there will be mostly desserts, but the menu also includes regular dishes. Both European and Thai. There are all kinds of seafood, lobster and shrimp. But the portions are small. The presentation is beautiful, and the service, judging by the reviews, is when how. In my case, no complaints, but I did not order any dishes, only coffee and dessert.
The sea view is beautiful, especially at sunset, it is at this time that you should come here. Below is Cozy Beach and you can hear the sea lapping very well. The building of the restaurant is elongated and stands on one side of the road, and on the other it hangs over an abyss. In this, The Chocolate Factory is somewhat reminiscent of the Cabbages & Condoms restaurant, which is located in the same area, on Pratumnak. Right next to the cafe there is another restaurant, somewhat similar in style and design - The Sky Gallery. It's kind of cheaper, I didn't go there, it's stupid to come full.

The cafe is located in the Pratumnak area, next to the beach and the Cozy Beach Hotel. Rajchawaroon Street faces the high seashore exactly where the Chocolate Factory is located. If you live in this area, you can walk to the cafe. And it will be problematic to walk from the center or from another area of Pattaya. The distances may not be very long in a straight line, but the terrain is uneven and the streets wind through rather confusingly. It's easier to take a taxi or take your own transport, if you have one.
