Today we are leaving Adler for Moscow. Already posted a post A selection of hotels in Adler, and now I decided to quickly publish a short post about our apartment, where we lived for the last 10 days. Moreover, not about one apartment, but about two at once, but from one owner.
The fact is that one apartment was bigger and better, but it was occupied half the time we needed, and the other was smaller and free. Therefore, we decided to live 5 days in one, 5 days in another. In general, both options are good, with the exception of some disadvantages, which I will discuss below. And the location is also good, just 5 minutes from the sea, a quiet, calm area, next to several supermarkets, canteens, fruit stalls.

The cost of the apartment is 2400 rubles / day. You can book via the link on Airbnb. True, the owner will not make friends with the service in any way and therefore his price is not always the one he had in mind. We ran into this and he made me a special offer (a different price), because for some reason he could not change the price directly in the service. Alternatively, you can also book through Booking.
Interior
The apartment pleases the eye with its furnishings. Constantly wondering how else «alive» options with carpets on the wall and furniture from Soviet times. Does anyone really rent such apartments if they are not inferior in price? Nevermind. In general, design ala «ikea style» and I personally like it. The most important thing is that it is not dull and at the same time clean. The apartment is a studio with a walled off bedroom. The kitchen is combined with the living room and it is very convenient in my opinion. The area is also quite enough for a short or longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped: a large refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, kettle, utensils for cooking and eating. There is a large flat-screen TV against the wall with a bunch of channels. There is an air conditioner. The Internet is distributed via Wifi from the Yota modem. The speed is so-so, but it can be increased, although it is not a fact that the problem is in the tariff, the reception may simply not be quite stable. But 3G is perfectly caught from Megafon, I sat on it part of the time.
I think a big plus of this apartment for the off-season is the presence of a gas boiler itself. Of course, hot water is always available, but the main thing is that you can turn on the heating when the heating season has not yet begun (if we talk about central heating in houses), besides, not everywhere, in principle, there is heating. I like it when it is 26-27 degrees and I'd rather open the window to ventilate than to sit at 22-24 and not open the window at all.

Now about the cons, they also exist. Tiled floors throughout the apartment. In the summer, even a plus, but in the fall-winter-spring you will have to walk in slippers, even the boiler will not save, the floor is icy. The second minus is furniture that is falling apart a little, the box does not hold with spoons / forks, the door flew off the wall. It seems like they promised to fix it, but I don't know how quickly things will get off the ground. There are no critical breakdowns, but it can be a bit annoying. The next disadvantage is that the owner does not have a card for an elevator, so you will have to carry a baby carriage and suitcases to the second floor. If you do not have a child or he is already walking, then this is not a problem. And the last minus is parking. It is there, but there is not enough space. We lived in October and found a place without any problems (1-2 was always there), but in the season, I'm afraid, there is only blocking someone to get up and not the fact that it is right next door. There is an underground parking, but apparently it is paid.

As I wrote above, it is better to specify the price in a personal, because it is not always the one that you can actually get. Either the owner did not figure out how to set the price (in his words), or he muddies something 🙂
Interior
The design in the second apartment is very similar, only it is of a different layout, smaller in size, is located on the first floor (no lift is needed) and has a laminate on the floor, which is by itself warmer to the touch than tiles! That is, she was relieved of some of the disadvantages of the first apartment, but she acquired her own. In terms of technical equipment, everything is the same: refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, microwave oven, washing machine, TV, gas boiler, air conditioner. The layout, despite the small area, can comfortably accommodate 3-4 people. Perhaps it will seem a bit dark for someone here, because there is only one small window in the kitchen, and the second in the bedroom (in our country it was always closed with curtains). And here in the bedroom there is a sofa, not an orthopedic mattress, but IMHO the bed is quite comfortable, it suited me, although I am picky about such things.
Now about the cons. Again, the disadvantages are not critical, but it is better to know about them in advance. The worst thing is that the latch at the front door does not work. And it does not work so that I closed it, and then opened it with pliers, otherwise there is no way. It is not particularly needed, but it was better to dismantle it altogether, or at least just write a plate so that it would not be used. The second minus is that the doors to the wardrobe in the hallway fell off the runners and did not roll. According to reviews, the bug has not been fixed for several months. The Yota modem does not catch well and the Internet speed is no. Maybe this is a problem of a specific modem model and you just need to change it, but I did not find out, I was using 3G from Megafon. I will not repeat about the minus of parking, it is also true for this apartment..
