Overview of apartments in Bangkok in the Victory Monument area
From time to time I review apartments and hotels in Thailand. Before that I did review of 30 cheap apartments in Chiang Mai, small overview of apartments in Phuket, now Bangkok is next in line. But this time the apartments will not be very budgetary, because we were initially looking for a large apartment with 2 bedrooms. Actually, that's why we didn't even go to small condo hotels. Guide on how, how to rent an apartment in Bangkok, I already posted it too.

Bangkok apartments
I have stayed in Bangkok many times and in different hotels. I will not provide links to all my reviews, I will give only a few. Nasa vegas - convenient for stopping near the airport and metro, Rajata - good place to spend the night near Khaosan, S3 Residense located in the center next to the park.
I can also advise you to look at hotels in Bangkok through RoomGuru. Very useful for a short stay. If you need to rent a house in Thailand, you can find my booking instructions at the link: How to book a house in Thailand - 5 ways.
V.P.Tower
Cost: from 11,500 baht for 1 bedroom and 33,000 baht for 2 bedrooms
Description: We looked at not the largest apartments, those called Junior Suite (pictured) and considered them for living in Bangkok. A really large area, a large balcony, a full-fledged kitchen, there is, in principle, everything you need. Two small bathrooms with a bath. Probably recently renovated and everything looked new. But apparently repairs were not done everywhere, because then we looked at the Senior Suite and it turned out to be shabby. So, if you rent an apartment here, be sure to look at several options. Another plus is the location, very quiet and not a passing jay.

PT court
Cost: from 20,000 baht for a 1-bedroom apartment
Description: We were looking at a one bedroom apartment for 22,000 baht, the rest were all busy. A bit darkish premises, everything is not very new, but overall the impressions are pleasant, we could live here. What's more, the floors are wooden, not concrete. There is a full kitchen.

Victory Residence
Cost: from 25,000 baht per studio
Description: A large building, like some cool hotel (you can live here too). But inside, everything is pretty old, albeit clean. We looked at the largest apartment with two bedrooms and two identical bathrooms. There is a kitchen, but very cramped. At the reception, the price for them is as much as 50,000 baht per month, but they immediately gave us a discount and were ready to hand over them for 40,000 baht. It seems to me that they are breaking too high a price for their apartments, in them except for the area there is nothing for such a price anymore. Although there are many services provided, and a swimming pool, and a gym, and a sauna, and a tennis table. Everything is free, of course. But it's still expensive. There are washing machines downstairs.

21 Livingplace
Cost: from 14,000 baht per studio
Description: Small and new condo hotel. The dwelling here is new, clean, with normal furniture, but only studios, and small in size. The price seems to be a bit overpriced considering that no services are offered anymore. There is a daily stay at 1200 baht / day, not a bad price compared to hotels in the area. We lived for 1500 baht / day in something like that, and there is nothing normal for cheaper here. Another plus is the location, very quiet and not a passing jay.

Laurel Suite
Cost: from 18,000 baht for 1-bedroom apartments and from 30,000 baht for 2-bedroom apartments.
Description: Quite expensive apartments, but everything is very new, one might say with a design. I saw only 2-bedroom apartments (3 types), which have completely identical two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette, and all their difference is only in the area of the living room. The photo shows the most expensive and largest apartments for 32,500 baht. Cons - a small refrigerator, no stove and a ban on cooking.

Toronto
Cost: from 15,000 baht
Description: Toronto and Star Place are owned by the same owner and are opposite each other across the street. I didn't go to Toronto because there are only studios.

Star place
Cost: from 8500 baht for a studio, and from 14000 for a 1-bedroom apartment
Description: Toronto and Star Place are owned by the same owner and are opposite each other across the street. I was looking at a one bedroom apartment for 16,500 baht. Everything is relatively new, the furniture is typical, a bit dark. There is no kitchen, there is not even a kitchen corner and it is forbidden to cook.

Supan mansion
Price: 9000 baht studio, 18000 baht for 1-bedroom apartment
Description: Regular Thai accommodation. Tiled floors, simple furniture. The studio is quite spacious, 1-bedroom apartments (pictured) also have a normal area, and even with two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The kitchen is on the balcony, but apart from the mini-table there is nothing, you need to buy the tiles yourself. I still don't like dermantine mattresses. The price for a studio is normal, but for a 1-bedroom apartment it is expensive.
Contacts: no website, phone number in the photo
Royal View Resort
Price: from 24500 baht
Description: This is a hotel, but it has a monthly rental apartment. On the site, however, not a word about it. I looked at the apartments the largest Royal Suite and overlooking the garden for 31500 baht. Everything is new, the furniture is normal, the area is more or less, but the layout is terrible, half of the area is occupied by a corridor. There is a kitchen corner, but there are no tiles and you cannot cook.

The Complete Rajaparop
Cost: THB 20,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment and THB 25,000 for a double.
Description: This is the condominium where we live. Apartments are rented here only for a long term, from 6 months. But we managed to persuade us to rent it for 2 months, although perhaps we were not given quite the housing that is rented for everyone, because it had all the equipment, more furniture, all sorts of pictures on the walls, as if someone had left here for a while. More about our apartment I wrote in a separate article. The photo below shows an apartment just for a long time, with one bedroom. The two bedrooms are the same, just plus one more bedroom.
Contacts: there is no website, contacts are in the photo. But this is from the agency, for sure there are owners who rent apartments here and are not connected with this agency.
Saabai place
Cost: from 6500 baht per studio
Description: The minimum contract is 6 months. Typical Thai apartments, studios only. I watched the biggest one for 14,500 baht. Spartan furnishings, for some reason a pillar in the middle of the room. Furniture minimum.
Contacts: no website, contacts in the photo.
Montmas Mansion
Cost: called 7500 baht, but there seem to be cheaper rooms
Description: was not inside, everything is busy

Apartments in Bangkok:
That's the whole review :) In fact, the area is full of condominiums, but as I said, I did not go to small ones. So if you need a regular and inexpensive studio, then you will find it here without any problems, especially if you need it for a long time..
P.S. If you lived in Bangkok and posted information about your accommodation on your blog, or did a review like this, do not hesitate, leave a link to your post.
