Recently, our whole life revolves around Yegor's sleep, so the first days of our stay (4 days) in Bangkok we decided to spend most comfortably, so the hotel was chosen as a good and comfortable one.
Without hesitation, the Sukhumvit area was chosen, near the Asok, Nana and Phrom Phong metro stations. What's good about it? The fact that there are many hotels to choose from, there are shopping centers and supermarkets (I am silent about 7/11, they are everywhere), 3 parks (Lumpini, Benjakiti, Benjasiri), and the fact that you can get to the very center in a very short time, however, and not only to the center.

Reviews of hotels in Bangkok where I've been
- Near Suvarnabhumi Airport and Airport Link Station «Ramkhamhaeng», ideal for transit, for 550 baht - Nasa Vegas Hotel
- In the Khao San area, 2 inexpensive good hotels, for 800-900 baht: Rajata Hotel and Roof View Palace
- Near the BTS metro «Victory Monument», near the park, nice and modern hotel, for 1500 baht - S3 Residence Park. It is convenient then from Victory Monument to go to Pattaya, to Koh Chang and many other places, there I drove minibuses.
- In the center of Bangkok on Sukhumvit near BTS metro stations «Phrom phong» and BTS «Nana», 2 excellent apartment hotels with kitchen, pool and fitness for 1500-2500 baht: - Bless residence and Lohas Residences, accordingly. Nearby parks Benjasiri, Benjakiti and Lumpini.

First of all, we needed things like this:
- Transport accessibility, that is, the hotel must be close to BTS
- The hotel room should be large in size so that the child can crawl freely
- The room must be new and clean
- Preferably the floor is not made of tiles
- You need a park within walking distance to walk with your child
- Large supermarket nearby
Prices and reservations
At Bless Residence we had a Deluxe room for 2400 baht per night. There was also a Superior variant for 2,100 baht, but a little smaller. However, knowing how often an unrealistic area is indicated on booking sites, and the photos are artificially stretched, I decided to play it safe..
But I can say that, most likely, it was possible to take the superior as well, since the deluxe is really huge. This is not a hotel room, but an apartment. I personally did not find anything better for the same price, everywhere according to the reviews there was something wrong, the walls are thin, the pool is dirty, the furniture is shabby, then the area is small.
I can also recommend (judging by the reviews) nearby and in the same price range: Hotel Mermaid Bangkok, Arize Hotel Sukhumvit, Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit .

Be sure (and I insist) to check for discounts or special offers on the excellent Roomguru service. He will quickly and easily show you discounts in all existing booking systems. In Asia, for example, there are a lot of offers on Agoda.com, which are much more interesting than for exactly the same hotels on Booking.com.
For example, here are direct links to the hotels listed above:
The latter is especially good, there is a kitchen with dishes and a washing machine.
Interior
So what is there. Two rooms, one living room-kitchen, second bedroom. The living room has a dining table, coffee table, sofa with armchairs, large LCD TV. The kitchen has a kettle, refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob. The latter is not entirely clear why it is needed if there is not a single saucepan for it. But you can ask for a pan at the reception, I did just that, they boiled huge shrimps 🙂
The bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors. It's not entirely good that they are glass and there are no curtains for them, that is, turning on the light in one room will strain those in the other, but this is so, little things.
The bathroom itself is the size of a small room (such baht for 200-300). There is a bathtub and a shower cubicle here, it is convenient. I was very pleased with the large watering can at the shower, like pouring from a bucket, only this is wasteful, a person does not need so much water. The bathroom has a large illuminated wardrobe with a safe, bathrobes, slippers and an umbrella.
Facilities
Every day two bottles of water and fresh towels are brought in, and linen is cleaned and changed. There is free Wi-Fi in the room, though on our arrival there were some problems, which we were told at the reception. In principle, the Internet is still there, the speed is standard, but periodically fell off. There are two air conditioners in the room, which is convenient: while we are in one room, it blows in the other. Although you can simply turn the guides in the grill by hand horizontally so that the stream does not fall on people. The door to the street is opened by the doorman, I will not say that it is necessary or pleasant, but rather simply unusual. I was also pleased that the hotel was quiet, and the feeling that there was no one here. We have never met any of the guests..
The hotel has a rooftop swimming pool (with a children's section) and a small gym (included in the room rate). The pool is nice, the view opens to the neighboring skyscrapers. And in the fitness room there are not many exercise machines, but for me it is enough for a hotel. Everything works until 10 pm.
Location and infrastructure
The location of the hotel is, as I wanted, very convenient. 5 minutes 7/11 and Villa market (a very large selection, but more expensive than ours), if you walk 10 minutes, there will be Tops Market and some other supermarket on the 5th floor of the Emporium shopping center. Likewise, the BTS Phrom Phong skytrain station is 5 minutes away. Opposite through Sukhumvit there is Benjasiri park, but for some reason we never went to it. The hotel is located in Soi 33 lane, no noise from the main road can be heard.
